Dear Friends:

The tastiest treat of autumn is approaching. "A Day of Wine and Chocolate" returns Sunday, September 27th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wilson Creek Winery. This year's event promises more scrumptious surprises with a chef demonstration by Executive Chef Clay Blake, appetizers, cheese samples, and of course the sweetest temptations from the finest chocolatiers and pastry chefs. To add to the sensation explosion, we've added a guest concert from Sligo Rags. This Orange County band has developed a sound that wins Irish, Bluegrass, Rock and Jazz fans, as they blend Irish jigs with Led Zeppelin, Celtic tunes with country, and a uniquely energized performance that packs the house.

Our auction will offer a greater variety of items including signed sports memorabilia, signed artwork and art work from plein air artists painting on location at the winery.

Hospice of the Valleys needs you to make our annual fundraiser a grand success. Please help us by inviting your friends and family to purchase tickets to "A Day of Wine and Chocolate" or assist us through providing a sponsorship or an in-kind donation of goods or services.

Hospice of the Valleys is a non-profit hospice service provider, caring for terminally ill patients and their families throughout Southwest Riverside County. We never turn anyone in need away and often provide care without reimbursement. This is only possible through the proceeds of our largest fundraiser, "A Day of Wine and Chocolate." All of the proceeds go to support local patients and their families; to provide hospice care for uninsured and underinsured terminally ill patients, and to support the free grief and bereavement support groups we offer to all.

To purchase tickets, please visit our website: www.hospiceofthevalleys.org, or call Hospice of the Valleys at (951) 200-7800, fax to (951) 973-7760. Thank you again for your support!

Sincerely,

Terry Azkoul
Executive Director
