Employee of the Month - January 2011Category: Employee of the Month | Permalink Published: Thursday, January 06, 2011 Congratulations to Nicole Glover on being chosen as Hospice of the Valleys Employee of the Month for January, 2011!. She consistently goes above and beyond in caring for our patients and families and she has a gift for knowing just what is needed at just the right time. She has a special place in her kind heart for seniors and she shows a quiet, loving presence in the way that she cares for others. She is peaceful, warm and steady as she interacts with everyone. If she becomes upset or anxious, she never shows it. She is an excellent communicator. She returns calls promptly and she keeps her supervisor and the office updated and apprised of where she is at in her day. She always portrays a positive attitude and she always says YES when asked to take on additional responsibilities. She is a hard worker and she does whatever it takes to do the best job possible. Her patients love her and staff love working with her. She consistently greets everyone she meets with a warm hello and her peaceful, loving presence. She is a joy to work with and a joy to be around. We are so happy she has joined Hospice of the Valleys family and honor her for the respect she shows to all and for her great teamwork. She demonstrates her commitment to high standards in providing care and we value her tremendously. We thank Nicole for sharing her extraordinary gifts with us. We are so blessed by her!
