Employee of the Month - March 2011Category: Employee of the Month | Permalink Published: Tuesday, March 08, 2011 Congratulations to Brandon Parks on being chosen as Hospice of the Valleys Employee of the Month for March 2011! His teammates are so grateful to him for his excellent teaching skills and the loving patience he shows them as they strive to learn Allscripts. He has taken so much time to sit with so many employees and has always given them all the time they need. He gently encourages them to persist at their own pace. His calm demeanor and the respect he shows to all of us is so admirable. He is eager to learn more about spiritual care in hospice and has taken advantage of every opportunity to expand his knowledge base. He has eagerly offered to expand HOV's reach in the community by using his special skills in facilitating Alzheimer's support groups on our behalf and by conducting "Table Talks" at the Board and Care facilities he visits. Never have we heard any on person's name being uttered so many times in such a short time frame as his. "Where's Brandon? Brandon? I'm next! Where is Brandon? When is he coming back? I need him after you! Where did you say he went? Brandon, I need you!" And on and on. Brandon is well-loved by patients, families and all of us, He is a very special man and we are so blessed that he is here with us and part of our HOV family. we wish him all the best as he continues to express his passion and amazing skills at HOV and in the community.
