2011 Inspiration Gala & Roast a Success!

Dr. John Piconi received a standing ovation from the 190 attendees of this year's 2011 Inspiration Gala & Roast held Sunday, April 3rd at Wilson Creek Winery. The room was filled with colleagues, friends and family who were present to support Dr. Piconi and Hospice of the Valleys. The crowd especially enjoyed the roast and many stories told by five close colleagues, friends and family of Dr. Piconi.

Hospice of the Valleys honored Dr. Piconi for his lifelong dedication to advancing health care, and for living the values of that which make up Hospice of the Valleys: Integrity, Honesty, Respect, Humility, and Advocacy. Dr. Piconi has been a great advocate for Hospice of the Valleys, and we are honored to know him and honor him with this well deserved award.

This event was a fundraising event for Hospice of the Valleys, and was very successful in raising funds to pay for our under-insured community members.
