Per Diem RN

Position Summary

The role of the per-diem RN is to assist primary nurses in the management of their caseloads, assist triage nurse in responding to patient/family needs, conduct hospice evaluations and admit patients to hospice services as ordered.  Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Current RN license from the state of California

Valid California drivers license and auto insurance

Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years

Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing is desired

Spanish speaking preferred
