Quality Assurance LVN

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Compliance Coordinator, the QA LVN will be responsible for assisting in the on-going clinical compliance of the agency. Performs chart audits, data collection and creates reports.  Participates in in-services and workshops to maintain current knowledge of all new regulations.   

Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED.

Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.

Current LVN license within the State. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Vocational/Practical Nursing.

At least two years experience as a LVN/LPN.

Attention to detail, administrative skills including Microsoft Office & Excel proficiency.
