Workshop Information

Hospice of the Valleys hosted a workshop, "Resilience", on Thursday, April 21st at Mary Phillips Senior Center.  Terry Azkoul, Executive Director, at Hospice of the Valleys was the presenter.  Guests developed skills to become more resilient.  Resilience won't make your problems go away, but can give you the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and handle stress better.
